Question: What Is MLM or Network Marketing?
Multi-Level Marketing (MLM), also called Network Marketing, uses a practice called multiplication to grow something that started with just a small amount into a large amount. Multiplication is the result of duplication. Repeatedly duplicated single efforts actually become multiplied efforts. And duplication using word-of-mouth is overwhelmingly powerful. You tell a few people and they tell a few people and they tell a few people and so on. Duplication is by far the most effective and inexpensive form of advertising and promotion available. The Infiniti 200 Income Generation System Income Opportuniti uses the exact same concept to introduce people from all walks of life to the TrinitiComm opportunity.

The income opportunity is specifically designed to expand the awareness and use of our digital communications products and services. As our customer and sales force grows, the company will succeed due to our simple business model wrapped around the direct selling of our premium quality digital products and services through our Family Members (independent Consultants). Our Family Members are our advertisers and they receive those advertising fees by way of referral bonuses and commissions. TrinitiComm has legal counsel that makes sure we operate completely compliant with all direct sales and marketing laws at the State Attorney General and Federal levels. Family Business Startup Fees:
Question: How Does One Pay His/Her Business Startup Fees?
Every Member must have an active Payoneer account set-up in order to receive commissions and bonuses from the income opportunity portion of the business. You must have an active Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card in order to pay your Family Business Startup Fee. These are the official and only forms of payments we accept for paying to Activate your TrinitiComm business.

If you do not have a Payoneer account, be sure you set up your account, verify the account and activate your new TrinitiComm MasterCard debit card as soon as possible. This is both a security and verification requirement to eliminate the risk of fraud. All TrinitiComm commissions will be paid to this same Payoneer account for loading onto your MasterCard as well. Keep in mind that this is a one-time only process and other than ACH/EFT, is the only third party solution we use to pay commissions to our Members. There are no exceptions. We are a next-generation company and we must use a next-generation payment processor in order to pay our commissions on a daily basis. Keep in mind that in order to use ACH/EFT as your default payment option, you must first setup your Payoneer account and order your TrinitiComm MasterCard. You will then be able to toggle your default payment type between your MasterCard and ACH/EFT whenever necessary.

Note: We cannot pay you until your account has been successfully setup and approved for payment by Payoneer. Therefore, it is critical that as soon as you complete the sign up process for your Payoneer account on the Payoneer site, that you return to the FMS to let our system finish making the necessary updates to your profile. This redirect should take place automatically by the Payoneer site after about 10 seconds. If you already have a Payoneer account, it is not necessary to signup for a new Payoneer account. Simply go through the Payoneer signup process and use the option "Already Applied for a Payoneer Account?" to connect your existing Payoneer account to Triniti Communications for authorized payroll payments.
Question: What Are The Different Types of Members?

There are several types of Members that exist in the TrinitiComm income opportunity. A brief definition of each type is below.

  • A Family Member (FM): is a person who has paid his/her Business Startup Fee (BSF) and paid his/her Monthly Access Fee (MAF) for access to the FMS BackOffice platform used to manage the sales of TrinitiComms' products and services. The Payment of the BSF/MAF also enables the right to introduce potential Customers and Members to the business for bonuses and commission overrides down through multiple generations. The BSF cost to become an FM is $421.37 USD PLUS a recurring MAF of a minimum of $19.99. The total minimum BSF/MAF payment that will be charged at the time of Adoption into the Family is $441.36.
  • A Pending Member: is an FM who has not yet paid their BSF and/or MAF.
  • A Suspended Member: is an FM who's MAF has been declined by his/her financial institution. An FM will be Unsuspended once the MAF payment(s) have been successfully processed and the account has been brought current. Please Note: All commission and bonus payments will be Suspended as long as an FMs account is statused as Suspended and will be released on the next eligible payroll after the Suspension has been lifted.
  • A Not Qualified Member is an FM who has paid their fee but has not met the Minimum Customer Point (MCP) requirement of active services.
  • A Qualified Member is an FM who has the Minimum Customer Point (MCP) requirement of active services.
  • A Canceled Member: If the the Minimum Customer Point (MCP) requirement of active services has not been met during three (3) consecutive calendar months, on the first (1st) day of the fourth (4th) month, the Member will be statused as Canceled and ALL future commissions and his/her entire direct and indirect Family will be forfeited from the time of the status change. Once your business is canceled you will have to begin the adoption process all over again. Again, all future commissions and all direct and indirect Members will be forfeited.
Question: How Long Do I Have For You To Receive My Business Startup Fee?
All Business Startup Fees are paid at the time of Adoption.
Question: Can I Receive A Refund For My Business Startup Fee?
To eliminate any potential for defrauding our system, you have seven (7) calendar days to cancel your new TrinitiComm business. After the seven (7) day grace period all Business Startup Fees are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions. Our unique and powerful income generation system is designed for you to make your money back with the first two people you personally adopt into your new Family.
Commissions and Bonuses:
Question: How Do I Earn Bonuses and Commissions From The Opportuniti?
In order for you to become an Active Family Member (Active FM) and begin earning Genesis Kick-Start Bonuses and commissions, as well as advance through the Leadership Tiers, your Family Business Startup Fee (BSF) must have been successfully processed AND you must have met the Minimum Customer Point (MCP) requirement to trigger a payout based on your position and/or Tier in the Compensation Plan AND you must be current on your Monthly Access Fee (MAF) payments. Please note that you will be considered a Family Member (Independent Consultant) for a period of one year from the time your BSF has been paid as long as your account remains in good standing according to our Terms & Conditions and Policies & Procedures.

From AFM forward, as AFMs below you qualify and receive bonuses and commissions, you will receive income at the exact same time as long as you maintain your MCP requirement based on your position and/or Tier. Failure to maintain this MCP will allow you to still be paid during the current payroll cycle for the position and/or Tier you were paid at the previous cycle, but you will now have a thirty (30) day Grace Period in place to meet or exceed your MCP requirement. Failure to meet this MCP requirement within this thirty (30) day Grace Period will result in your commissions and bonuses being paid at the position/Tier in which you have met the MCP requirement. If no MCP requirement for any position/Tier of our Compensation Plan has been met, then all commissions and bonuses will be forfeited. Therefore, we strongly advise that you continue to get customers on a regular basis to comfortably surpass any MCP requirements so losing out on income will never be a concern.

The following is what must take place to start receiving bonuses and commissions:
  1. Every time you have 2 personally adopted Family Members who becomes an AFM within his/her first thirty (30) days in the Family, you will receive a $100 Genesis Fast Start Bonus.
  2. Every time this process is repeated anywhere down through your 7 generations, if and only if you have met the MCP requirement for the generation in question, you will get paid a commission based on the generation you reside on in relation to the person receiving the $100 Genesis Kick-Start Bonus.   3. You will receive a commission from the monthly use of all active subscribed services down through seven generations and for the Leadership Tiers, down to Infinity.
  4. You will have to maintain the active MCP requirement for your position/Tier to continue to receive your commissions.
Question: When Do I Receive My Bonus and Commission Payments?
TrinitiComm pays at two intervals. Weekly and Monthly on specific days. Genesis Kick-Start Bonuses and Genesis Kick-Start Bonus Overrides from the Compensation Plan are paid Weekly on Fridays and services monthly residual commissions and Eternity Leadership bonuses are paid Monthly on Fridays. All payrolls are paid on the Friday following the close of a Payroll Cycle. A Payroll Cycle is defined as being between 3:46am EST early Saturday morning through 3:44am EST Saturday morning of the following week. Payrolls are calculated at 3:45am EST every Saturday. The Payroll Day is determined as being paid every Friday between 4am and 4:00pm EST except on national holidays. If a Payroll Day is scheduled to occur on a day that is considered a national holiday, then payroll will be processed and paid between 4am and 4:00pm EST the immediately preceding Thursday.

Monthly Residual Payments: Commissions for all family-wide monthly residuals are calculated and paid on the 15th of the month FOLLOWING the end of the first thirty (30) day billing cycle of all billable services, for all generations of your Family, including Leadership Tiers. Say for instance you have total referral sales of 300 new customers for the month of April and 500 for the month of May. For those sales you will get paid at the appropriate commission level for April's sales volume on June 15th (or the next business day) and get paid at the appropriate commission level for May's sales volume on July 15th (or the next business day). In addition, all infinite-generation Eternity Ancestor Leadership Bonuses are calculated and paid on the 15th day (or next business day) of each calendar month FOLLOWING the month in which the Bonuses were earned. There is no thirty day hold period for Leadership Tier commissions, only or products and services.

NOTE: In order to receive any Payroll payment, including Monthly Residual payments, you must be set to receive a payment of $50 or more for any single or combined payment period.
Your below minimum payments will continue to accumulate in our system until you have reached or exceeded this minimum payout amount. You will then be paid all arrearages and current commissions at that time for the current monthly payout cycle.

All payroll payments are charged a $2 Processing Fee deducted from each payroll payment. Payoneer processing fees are completely separate and will be deducted from your incoming Triniti Communications payroll funds total according to their terms and conditions. For a complete list of these fees, visit the Payoneer web site and log into your Payoneer account for the details. Depending on your financial institution, there typically aren't any inbound fees for ACH payroll payments from Triniti Communications.

Note: No payments will be processed and sent to you unless you have earned $50 USD or more (minus the $2 Processing Fee) for the current payroll cycle in question. If your earned amount is less than $50 after the Processing Fee deduction, the payroll amount will be held in reserve until the minimum payroll threshold of $50 has been met. At that time, those funds will be paid to you during the cycle where the minimum threshold has been met or exceeded.
Question: How Can I Monitor The People I Introduce (Members) and My Earned Bonuses/Commissions?
You can monitor the progress of your generated income and Members in real-time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by logging in to the Family Management System (FMS) and accessing your Family Builder System (FBS). All Family and commission information is nicely formatted and summarized in the FBS portion of your FMS. In addition, you can also monitor and communicate interactively and visually with your Family Members down throughout your Family Tree for an unparalleled experience. All necessary family and contact information and any other relevant tools and resources will be presented to you on the FBS screen for your convenience.
Question: What Are Potential and Earned Bonuses/Commissions?
Potential Commissions are commissions that will be paid to you when those Activate their businesses. As new Family Members sign up, these totals will be updated in real-time to demonstrate how much income you can "potentially" generate from your activity. All Potential commissions will be earned as people become Active FMs.

Earned Commissions are actually paid out to you once you have become an Active FM by paying your Business Startup Fee and meeting your MCP requirement. Again, Earned Commissions are the commissions that will actually be paid to you on your TrinitiComm MasterCard or via ACH/EFT/Wire at the appropriate intervals explained in the When Do I Receive My Commission Payments section above.

Let's use YOU as an example. Genesis Kick-Start Bonus overrides will not be paid to you until you have one (1) personally Adopted Active FM with one Customer Point (CP) AND you have acquired two (2) personal CPs. One of the Customer Points can be you as your own customer (Family Customer Point - FCP) and the other must be a Non-Family Customer Point (NFCP), or in other words, a customer of our services that is not a part of the Income Opportuniti Family. Once this criteria has been met, the commissions generated by that Active FM will be unlocked and released to all ancestor Members of the Family Tree who have become Active FMs. You will receive a commission override from everyone who becomes activated using the formula explained above as long as they have satisfied any Minimum Customer Point requirements to trigger income. Question: How Do I Receive My Bonuses and Commissions From Payoneer?
Mandatory: Receive a TrinitiComm Prepaid MasterCard Debit Card
All TrinitiComm Family Members are required to signup for our exclusive, Payoneer-powered, Triniti Communications MasterCard Prepaid Debit Card (pictured right) as the default payment method for all earned bonus and commission payments. Our TrinitiComm Prepaid MasterCard can be used at millions of retail establishments worldwide wherever MasterCard credit/debit cards are accepted. In addition, your TrinitiComm debit card can be used to withdraw cash from millions of ATM machines worldwide against funds available in your Payoneer account. The one-time issuance fee for your TrinitiComm/Payoneer MasterCard debit card is just $5.95 and will be deducted from your first payroll sent through the Payoneer payroll system. This fee is not charged upfront.

Option 1: Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
Designating a financial institution account for EFT via the ACH (Automated Clearing House) system within the USA for the transfer of funds is a lower cost albeit slower method of accessing your funds than your TrinitiComm MasterCard. Having your earnings transferred into your bank account typically takes between 2 and 5 business days excluding holidays.

Keep in mind that you will have to verify your financial institution account for your security and to activate your Payoneer account for bank transfers. Follow the directions on their site to complete the verification process. This verifies that everything is in order for funds transfers and that you have permission to access and use the account you have listed. This step might seem a little inconvenient, but trust that it is for your own protection to eliminate any transfer errors and assure your account security is maintained. This is a One-Time Only process for each financial institution account you set-up.
Question: Will I Always Receive My Bonuses and Commissions?

Yes, if you continue to meet or exceed your Minimum Customer Point (MCP) requirement. Your commissions will be paid using the guidelines specified in the When Do I Receive My Commission Payments section above.

Family Members
The minimum requirement states that all Family Members must maintain Active status to receive commissions and bonuses, which requires that one condition must be met, every month based on what FM position/Tier you have archived. All FM (Independent Consultant) agreements are effective for a period of one (1) year. There is no annual renewal fee to continue with your TrinitiComm business. All FM (Independent Consultant) agreements automatically renew for one (1) calendar year on the anniversary date of joining the Family.

If the the Minimum Customer Point (MCP) requirement of active services has not been met during three (3) consecutive calendar months, on the first (1st) day of the fourth (4th) month, the Member will be statused as Canceled and ALL future commissions and his/her entire direct and indirect Family will be forfeited from the time of the status change. Once your business is canceled you will have to begin the adoption process all over again. Again, all future commissions and all direct and indirect Members will be forfeited. Once your business is canceled you will have to begin the adoption process all over again. You cannot resume where you left off. Again, all current and future commissions and all direct and indirect Members will be forfeited. You will receive e-mail notifications at specified intervals alerting you of a potential cancellation of your position in the Family.

Incorrect Payroll Account Information
You will have fourteen (14) days to correct any incorrect payment information in our system once you have been notified by our staff, whether it be missing Payoneer accounts, Inactive Payoneer accounts, inaccurate account information for your financial institution, etc. After this time, your earned commissions and bonuses for the payroll period in question will be forfeited. No exceptions. If the inaccurate information is corrected and we are notified within this time-frame as indicated in the email you received, a $20 charge will be assessed and deducted from the failed payroll payment total to be paid to you. This fee is charged due to your payroll payment requiring our staff's manual interaction, correction and processing to assure its successful completion. Our daily payroll processing system is a sophisticated and state-of-the-art system that is completely automated and does not require physical interaction. Inaccurate information entered into our system breaks this streamlined and automated process that allows us to execute payroll with precision and efficiency. Triniti Communications is not responsible for information provided that was entered incorrectly whether intentional or unintentional. It is your responsibility to check and recheck all entered information to assure that the information you provide is accurate and without error.

Question: Do I Have To Pay Taxes?

Yes. You will receive an IRS 1099 Form from TrinitiComm by January 31st of the year following the year the earnings were distributed to you. If and only if, your Bonuses received from TrinitiComm EXCEEDS $599.99 in that year and you are a United States citizen will this income be reported to the IRS. Keep in mind that, it is your responsibility to pay your taxes on income generated where and whenever required. If you don't know who, what, when, where, or how to pay, just call any accountant and explain what you are doing. They will gladly guide you in the right direction, in most cases for a free initial consultation, assuring both you and the government are fully satisfied.
